Mike joined Robertson Ryan in October 2000, to start their Employee Benefits division. Prior to that, he was an Employee Benefit Consultant, doing extensive work with Aurora HealthCare. Mike specialized in innovative employee benefit plan design and cost management for mid-to-large sized companies.
