Rich has been in the insurance business since 1963. From 1963 through 1984 he was with Grootemaat Co. providing personal, commercial, life, health, annuities and securities for his customers. In 1984 Grootemaat was sold to M&I Bank, where Rich became Vice President and Sales Manager of M&I Insurance Services. Rich joined Robertson Ryan in 1991. He is married and has four grown daughters.
