| Due to the importance of providing a safe work environment for employees, the Alcohol & Drug policy states the Company's position of no tolerance for alcohol, drugs and illegal use of prescribed medications in the workplace. In addition, the disciplinary actions are described if an employee does not adhere to this policy. |

| Drug-Free Workplace Policy |
| In accordance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, this policy enforces the Company's position of no tolerance for drugs in the workplace. Additionally, the policy requests that employees be proactive and seek out assistance/treatment for substance abuse or dependency related problems. |
