We want to assure you that we’re here, connected and ready to navigate your insurance needs.
Together we are all facing unprecedented challenges as a nation and in each of our local communities. As people and businesses across the globe are being impacted by this virus we are taking a proactive stance and have plans in place to address potential impacts to Robertson Ryan & Associates and our valued clients like you. Our leadership team is continuously monitoring conditions and adapting policies as recommended procedures change in real-time.
We are taking steps to protect your health and the well-being of our team. At Robertson Ryan, two of our core values are Be Proactive and Be Thoughtful. And it is with these values in mind that we have asked employees to eliminate business travel, host both internal and external meetings via technology (phone/video conferencing), eliminated office visitors, and are having employees work from home when possible. These decisions have been made to help protect our employees and to support social distancing efforts that are being recommended by local and national government agencies. It is our chief goal to protect the health of our team and clients. We will continue to introduce new measures as necessary.
At Robertson Ryan we express our Trusted Advisor approach through the way we conduct business. We have business continuity plans in place and are prepared to continue servicing your insurance needs.
There is not a one size fits all answer to how the Coronavirus will impact your business. Our Agent Owners and Associates are here for you to address the questions you need answered for your unique situation and insurance policies. Each and every policy is different, which is why you can and should rely on our knowledgeable team and carrier partners. Rest assured that our team is here for you and will be a resource helping navigate any questions you may have.
We highly recommend that you stay informed by approaching trusted and respected health sources when researching the novel Coronavirus. These include the CDC at www.cdc.gov and the World Health Organization (WHO) at www.who.int.
We’ve prepared some helpful tips and resources from reliable sources. Please visit regularly, as we’ll continue to share new articles and information. As things change, please adhere to the guidance of local, state and national officials.
Please take care of yourself and your family. We remain committed to being available and take comfort in knowing we’ll get through this together. We are grateful for your trust and the opportunity to continue being your Trusted Advisors. Should you have any questions, please reach out to our team.
