IRS Provides Transition Relief for 2020 ACA Reporting

On Oct. 2, 2020, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) issued extensions surrounding individual forms required under Section 6055 and 6056. The individual forms due to individuals were extended to March 2, 2021, and the filing with the IRS is due March 1, 2020.
