HOW DID YOU END UP IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY:
I was working for an agency when I graduated from college with a Marketing degree. At that time, a lot of companies were cutting marketing due to the economy. I had helped out a bit in their Personal Lines department and they were willing to back me 110% and help me get licensed so I took them up on the offer and ended up staying there 7 years!
FAVORITE INSURANCE COVERAGE:
Service Line Coverage. No one knows what it is until they need it and if they don’t have it, they are out a lot of money. The cost to carry it is so inexpensive compared to what it would cost if that loss were to occur.
WHAT DOES EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOK LIKE TO YOU:
Being able to have an open, honest and understanding relationship with my clients.
