Leith joined Robertson Ryan in November 2015 after moving his 25 year old agency from its original office downtown into RRA’s Mequon office. After graduating from UWM, Leith began his insurance career working with Milwaukee agencies Willis (Corroon and Black) and The Laub Group. In 1991 he formed his own agency, International Marine Group, specializing in programs insuring the recreational marine industry. His clients range from boat dealers, marina operators to boat builders, and individual yacht/pleasure boat owners across the country. Through his endeavors, he won the endorsement of several leading boat manufacturers allowing him the opportunity to avail his services to their dealer networks. Together with his expertise in designing and placing insurance with both London and leading US insurance markets, Leith provides comprehensive, competitive programs for clients worldwide.

Leith enjoys fly fishing and updating his east side Milwaukee home, where he currently resides with his wife Connie.
