Melissa Stauber

Human Resources Manager

Melissa graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a degree in Business Administration and Management. She has over 20 years of HR experience serving in various leadership roles including expansive experience in payroll/benefits management, HRIS software implementation, streamlining processes and data reporting. Most recently Melissa was VP of Human Resources with a large Milwaukee non-profit. In February 2020 Melissa joined Robertson Ryan as our Human Resources Manager.

Outside of work, Melissa loves to spend time with her husband, David, and their two dogs Arnie and Ace. She enjoys golfing in the warmer months and following the Packers, Badgers, Brewers, Bucks and Marquette Golden Eagles. Her favorite travel destination has been Italy and she hopes to soon visit Fiji.
