Rebecca transitioned to civilian life after serving 12 years on active duty in the Navy, where she honed her leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills in demanding environments. Her time in the Navy instilled in her a strong work ethic and a passion for serving others.

Rebecca earned her MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary, where she developed a solid foundation in business management and strategic thinking. Her academic achievements reflect her dedication to continuous learning and personal growth.
