2022 Acuity Women of Influence Award Recipient

We are excited to share, Kim Acheson, Agent & Vice President of Robertson Ryan & Associates was nominated by Acuity Insurance as a Woman of Influence. She along with 24 other female agents from across the country are invited to join the inaugural Women of Influence VIP Tour later this month.

There were a total of 35 women nominated, and 25 of those were awarded with attending the Women of Influence VIP Tour taking place in July. Qualifications included, but were not limited to, agents who are big Acuity supporters, who sell coverage and have a profitable book of business, and who build long-term relationships with both customers and Acuity personnel. Kim is highly respected by all of her Acuity underwriting and management teams, and since becoming an Acuity agent in 2013 has grown her book over 27%.

• Out of the 40,000 Acuity agents across the country, 24,000 are women

Scott mentioned, “Kim stands out as a big Acuity supporter. She sells Acuity coverages with integrity and has built numerous relationships with Acuity personnel over the years. We were looking for a way to recognize Kim and the other 24 nominees, and show them our appreciation for being loyal supporters. With that we decided to invite them to our headquarters in Sheboygan, WI to show them our home base, our community and attend a dinner in their honor as a way of saying thank you in person.”

Kim joined Robertson Ryan in 2013, after building a successful book of business at Sentry Insurance, receiving the TOP PERFORMER award 25 times! She now specializes in both Commercial and Personal Insurance, and also sells Life, Disability and long-term care insurance. She is a big advocate of community outreach and has been an active member of our in-house agent council.

Kim’s family has always been first and foremost, and in 2021 she introduced her daughter Mary Kate (MK) to our agency team, working to become the next Acheson producer to “sell Acuity” with some pretty incredible mentoring along the way.
