Joe Krolikowski has more than three decades of insurance industry experience to his clients and colleagues. Since beginning his career in 1989, Joe has developed extensive knowledge across multiple areas of insurance, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships founded on trust, service, and personalized guidance.

Insurance has always been a part of Joe’s life. Growing up in a family deeply connected to the industry, his father as a longtime captive insurance agent and his sister working on the consumer side of insurance, Joe found a natural path into the profession after college. That early exposure shaped his understanding of the importance of protecting individuals, families, and businesses through thoughtful coverage solutions.

Joe enjoys working across all areas of insurance, with a particular passion for personal insurance and life insurance planning. He believes insurance should evolve alongside the changing needs of each client and takes a consultative, annual-review approach to ensure coverage remains aligned with life’s milestones and transitions. His goal is to provide clients with confidence, clarity, and peace of mind through every stage of life.

Outside of work, Joe is deeply committed to his family, friends, and community. He and his wife value spending quality time with loved ones and share a passion for travel, especially opportunities to visit Europe, where Joe’s brother and his family now reside in Portugal. Italy and the Greek Isles are next on their travel wish list.

Joe is also an avid golfer and golf instructor who strongly believes in lifelong learning and personal growth. He is actively involved in community service, currently supporting the Wisconsin Homeless Veterans Initiative through fundraising efforts and coaching Special Olympics athletes, work he finds especially meaningful and rewarding.
