Dan began his career in Property and Casualty Insurance after being introduced to the industry by a family member. Early on, he was surrounded by highly influential mentors and a competitive, high performing environment that helped shape his approach to business. From the start, he developed a strong foundation rooted in shared core values, most importantly, a commitment to always putting clients’ needs and best interests first.
In 2015, Dan took on the opportunity to help grow a Fire Protection District practice, recognizing the strength of relationships within the fire service community and the potential for long term impact. Through a focused and relationship driven approach, he played a key role in expanding the client base, strengthening brand presence, and building a trusted reputation within the fire service sector. This growth naturally extended into a broader book of business that includes manufacturers, contractors, and auto dealerships.

On a personal level Dan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. The family are avid animal lovers and enjoy spending time outdoors with their dogs. He also greatly enjoys participating in the local youth hockey community and helping young female athletes to develop in the sport.
