With 18 years of experience in the insurance industry, Donna has built a strong reputation for expertise, client service, and relationship management across complex commercial accounts. Beginning her career in underwriting, Donna spent 8 years specializing in Inland Marine coverage, developing extensive knowledge in risk  assessment, policy structure, and tailored insurance solutions.

Building on that technical foundation, Donna transitioned into an Account Executive role, where for the past 9 years she has partnered closely with Mitch Backes and Dan Barnett. In this role, Donna has been responsible for client relations, account management, coverage analysis, renewals and delivering strategic insurance solutions tailored to Fire Protection Districts, municipalities, schools, and various other business sectors.

On a personal level, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband, travelling, embracing an active lifestyle, and baking.
