Frank’s journey into the insurance industry began after years of success in sales roles, where he realized his desire to make a more meaningful impact on both individuals and businesses. The complexity of insurance intrigued him, and he quickly excelled in sales at a few agencies, earning top honors for his dedication and hard work in meeting client needs.
In 2021, while serving clients with personal insurance, Frank identified a growing need for business and commercial insurance. Recognizing this, he joined Robertson Ryan & Associates, where, with the guidance of experienced agents, he expanded his expertise in commercial insurance. Though he has become proficient in this area, Frank is committed to continuous learning and growth within the industry.
The best part of being an insurance professional for Frank is knowing that the work he does truly matters. He finds great satisfaction in helping people protect what they have worked hard to build.
To Frank, exceptional customer service means patience. Insurance can be overwhelming for many, so he takes the time to slow down, listen, and address his clients’ concerns to ensure they feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Frank focuses on commercial lines, including contractors, trucking, manufacturing, and more. He is passionate about risk management, educating his clients on essential coverages and ensuring they are properly protected when it matters most. He places a special emphasis on the importance of umbrella policies and thoroughly explaining their value.
Outside of work, Frank is an avid Cubs fan and motorcycle enthusiast. He enjoys hiking with his wife, spending time with his two Doxins, Fiona and Pauly, and working in his yard. During the summer months in Illinois, you’ll often find him enjoying the outdoors.
