Tracey Moran-Fricker

President

Tracey is an Agent & Vice President with Robertson Ryan Insurance and has been with the agency since 1996. She is an active volunteer, serving as a board member for Divine Savior Holy Angels Parent Fine Arts Association and Acts 17:28 Dance, Inc. Tracey has also served as a board member for Firstfruits Apostolate, Inc and was involved with the Girl Scouts of Southeastern WI serving as a Girl Scout Leader and Day Camp volunteer since 2006.

Allan Degner

Allan Degner

Vice President

Allan is the Vice President of Marketing with Robertson Ryan Insurance and has been with the agency since 2016. Through the years he has held various committee leadership positions with the American Red Cross, ALS and WCREW. In 2009 he took a volunteer leadership role to help launch and run a corporate charitable fund for eight years. Through such, he contributed in a big way achieving a stellar community reputation and notable giving legacy for the foundation. Allan is the liaison for the Jack Ryan Community Service Award presented annually to a deserving Robertson Ryan team member.

Patti Blaschka

Secretary

Patti is a Vice President & Shareholder at Robertson Ryan Insurance and has been with the agency since 2016. She is also the inaugural recipient of the Jack Ryan Community Service Award. Patti’s dedication to animal welfare, both locally and nationally, as well as her commitment to the commercial real estate industry and her overall support of community, non-profits and people in general exhibit her commitment to giving back in a big way. She has held various non-profit committee and board positions on both on a local and state level.

Treasurer

Chris is the Chief Executive Officer with Robertson Ryan Insurance and has been since 2017. His leadership and vision helped make the long-time desired Robertson Ryan Charitable Foundation become a reality in 2022. Chris is passionate about engaging and inspiring others to develop and contribute at their highest potential. His goal is to create an environment that enables the Robertson Ryan team to be successful and to give generously of their time an treasure and truly leads by example.

Mack is a Vice President & Shareholder with Robertson Ryan Insurance and has been with the agency since 1992. He enjoys being involved and volunteering for various community non profits, and especially enjoys being involved on the Alumni Board at the University School of Milwaukee.

Jim Dunker

Director

Jim is a Vice President & Shareholder with Robertson Ryan Insurance and has been with the agency since 2009. He is as a Fire Captain and Lead Medic for the Town of Delafield Fire Department. Furthermore, Jim is very involved in EMS training including Advanced Cardiac Life Support, CPR and Basic Life Support and is certified by the American Heart Association. Jim is actively involved in various community fundraisers and often spends weekends volunteering to support causes his family is passionate about.

Matt Frank

Matt Frank

Director

Matt graduated from Marquette University in 2011 with a degree in Finance. He started his insurance career by joining Liberty Mutual Insurance, where he worked as a property and casualty underwriter for five years. In 2013, Matt achieved the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU). While at Liberty Mutual, he gained extensive knowledge and experience that has allowed him to excel as an insurance advisor. Matt is active in the community and always looking for ways to make a positive impact.
