Andrew Haugen is an Agent and Vice President with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, having started his career in 2010. He joined the field when his father launched an independent insurance agency, and he has been dedicated to serving clients ever since.

Andrew specializes in the human services sector, with a particular focus on Adult Family Homes and Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs). His expertise allows him to provide tailored risk management and insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of these organizations.

Outside of work, Andrew is a devoted father of two. He enjoys staying active through soccer, golf, and softball, and is an avid supporter of Wisconsin sports teams. A lifelong baseball fan, he is also on a mission to visit every Major League Baseball stadium.
