Agency Trainer 

Status: Full-time (Milwaukee, WI or Flex between Home and Office)

As the Agency Trainer you will be responsible for the onboarding of new employees and Agents across all departments and coaching of existing employees. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial Lines and having  experience with Personal Lines or Benefits is preferred. The ideal candidate has a high level of technical insurance knowledge, is highly organized and can manage a variety of personalities. The selected candidate must have their Property & Casualty Insurance License and additional insurance designations are a plus. Employee Benefits Account Manager

As an Employee Benefits Account Manger you handle the ongoing service needs for clients and help our Agent Owners build long-term relationships. Serving as the customer’s sounding board and liaison for insurance needs you will help prepare, delivery and maintain their custom insurance programs. We prefer a minimum of 3 years’ experience in benefits client service. Candidates should have experience handling fully insured, level funded and self-funded accounts.
