Agent Owner 

Status: Full-time (Remote across US or Flex between Home and Office)

We are an agency for agents. Our agents are owners and retain 100% ownership of their book. There are various options for agents, or entire agencies that are looking to scale-up or work toward perpetuation. The best fit for an Agent Owner has many years of experience with a non-captive agency and has an established book.

Account Manager | Benefits 

Status: Full-Time
Location: Milwaukee, WI Office

As an Account Manager in our Benefits Department you will handle the ongoing service needs for clients and help our Agent Owners build long-term relationships. Must have experience with Medicare as you will be serving as the customer’s sounding board and liaison for insurance needs you will help prepare, deliver and maintain their custom insurance programs. Must have 3 -5 years’ experience in benefit client services.

 

Account Manager | Commercial & Personal Lines

Status: Full-Time
Location: Selection of SE WI Offices

As an Account Manager in our Commercial and Personal Lines Department you will handle the ongoing service needs for clients and help our Agent Owners build long-term relationships. Serving as the customer’s sounding board and liaison for insurance needs you will help prepare, deliver and maintain their custom insurance programs. Must have 3 -5 years’ experience in Commercial & Personal client services.

 

Account Manager | Commercial Lines (Construction or Real Estate) 

Status: Full-time
Location: Remote or Office of Choice

As an Account Manager in our Commercial Lines Department you will handle the ongoing service needs for clients and help our Agent Owners build long-term relationships. Serving as the customer’s sounding board and liaison for insurance needs you will help prepare, deliver and maintain their custom insurance programs. Large Construction and Real Estate experience is preferred with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial client services. This position can be completely remote or you may work from one of our RRA Offices across the US.

 

Account Manager | Commercial Lines (Florida )

Status: Full-time
Location: Bokeelia, FL Office

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager you handle the ongoing service needs for clients and help our Agent Owners build long-term relationships. Serving as the clients trusted liaison for insurance needs you will help prepare, deliver and maintain the client’s custom business insurance programs. We are looking for a candidate who has 3+ years commercial experience with an independent agency and is ready to make a big impact in a busy office.

 

Account Manager | Personal Lines (Resident Florida License) 

Status: Full-time
Location: Remote in FL

As a Personal Lines Account Manager you handle the ongoing service needs for clients and help our Agent Owners build long-term relationships. Serving as the clients trusted liaison for insurance needs you will help prepare, deliver and maintain the client’s custom insurance programs. We are looking for a self-directing and knowledgeable candidate with at least 3 years experience handling multiple insurance carriers and brokers.
