WHO HAS BEEN THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR CAREER?

My husband is my biggest influence in my career. He has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years and is a CPCU and Senior Claims Adjuster for Great West Casualty. He has always backed me in my career and is my biggest supporter always encouraging me to better myself.

Listening to the customers needs and wants is very important. It is important to be a good listener for to your clients and advocate correct coverages depending on the particular circumstances they bring to the table.

WHAT’S THE MOST OVERLOOKED INSURANCE COVERAGE?

Umbrella. I believe those who are older and own a lot of assets, or those who have teenage drivers tend to over look this coverage and its importance.

I love visiting the south. Love southern food! Grits with hot peppers.
