Account Executive

Dan Polaski brings a legacy of insurance expertise to Robertson Ryan, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather – both respected insurance professionals. With over five years of experience in both commercial and personal lines, as well as bond services, Dan began his career at Republic Associates of Wisconsin in 2019 before joining Robertson Ryan in 2025.

Dan’s approach to insurance is rooted in personalization. He believes that every client deserves tailored solutions that reflect their unique needs, goals, and priorities. Whether he’s securing comprehensive coverage or identifying overlooked risks like cyber liability, Dan prides himself on delivering top-tier service and attention to detail –  values instilled in him by his father, mentor, and business partner.

With an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Communication from Carroll University, Dan also brings a creative edge to his work. Outside of insurance, he owns a bakery and is a passionate actor and director, currently serving as Development and Marketing Chair on the Board of the Lake Country Playhouse & Academy.

Dan lives in Brookfield, WI with his beloved Shorkie, Chewy. His commitment to helping others whether clients, colleagues, or his community is grounded in his favorite quote: “In a world where you can be anything, be kind.”
