Erin’s journey into the insurance industry began after earning her degree in finance and insurance from Illinois State University. Drawn to the opportunity to help people protect their most important assets, she launched her career with Nationwide Insurance in 1996, gaining hands-on experience in claims and policy management. She later managed major accounts at Near North Insurance and eventually returned to Naperville to serve clients at Esser Hayes. In 2017, she founded Millington Insurance Solutions, LLC, prior to joining Robertson Ryan Insurance in 2025.

As an independent agent, Erin specializes in home, auto, umbrella, and small business insurance, leveraging a broad network of top-rated carriers. Her approach is highly personalized, working closely with each client to ensure their coverage is tailored to their needs and budget. Erin takes pride in offering proactive service, clear communication, and trusted advocacy. “The personal connections and the ability to help clients during critical moments are what inspire me every day,” she says. “I love building relationships and guiding people through decisions that truly impact their lives.”

Outside the office, Erin is a dedicated community advocate. She has been involved with organizations such as Neighbors Helping Neighbors and Habitat for Humanity, and she currently serves on the board of the Tall Grass Homeowners Association. Her agency also proudly supports local initiatives, including the Waubonsie Valley High School Booster Club, Support Our Troops, Grace Holistic Center, Tall Grass Lightning Swim Team, Special Spaces, and Little Friends.

Erin is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of professionals. She offers internships to college students interested in the insurance field and creates opportunities for talented graduates seeking a sustainable and rewarding career. Her current team reflects this commitment to fostering new talent.

Erin has been married to her husband, Chuck, for 25 years. Chuck operates Millington Financial Advisors (conveniently located in the same building!) and together they’ve built a life and business rooted in Naperville, IL, where they’ve lived for over 24 years. They’re proud parents to three adult sons and share their home with two beloved dogs: Coco, a Bernedoodle, and Cookie, a Newfydoodle, who often accompany Erin on her outdoor adventures.
