Jacob Mihm entered the insurance industry after being presented with an opportunity by a family member—and never looked back. With multiple family members also in the business, insurance has become more than a profession—it’s a shared commitment. Over the years, Jacob credits his work colleagues for shaping his professional growth and helping him become the dedicated insurance advisor he is today.

Jacob takes pride in making insurance more personal and less overwhelming. He works closely with clients to identify gaps in coverage, offering clear and affordable solutions tailored to their unique lifestyles and priorities. His goal is to make sure clients not only feel protected but also understand their coverage fully. Known for his responsiveness and attention to detail, Jacob believes that exceptional service means being there with answers when clients need them most.

Outside of work, Jacob is an avid sports fan who enjoys golf, hockey, and football—but his favorite pastime is watching his daughters play soccer. He’s also a supporter of the Sheboygan County Humane Society, a cause close to his heart.
