Jim Mangold

Jim started his insurance career at the age of one. Born into the family business, he knew early on that the agency would be his career path. He graduated from the University of WI-Eau Claire with a degree in marketing, then went to work for a large regional insurance carrier in the commercial underwriting division. He came back to the agency in 1998 in underwriting and moved on to commercial insurance before becoming president of the agency. Jim earned both the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations.

A lifelong resident of Burlington. he stays active in the community and has served on the boards of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce, Love Incorporated, Chocolatefest, and the advisory board for BMO Harris Banks Southeast region.

He is married to Angie, a 6th grade teacher in the local school district and has three wonderful children that keep him running constantly. In his spare time he is an avid outdoorsman that includes enjoying hunting, fishing, biking, snowmobiling and spending quality family time in Northern Wisconsin.
