Mark began his insurance career in 1983 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. He launched his journey with Equitable Life before establishing his own agency in 1986, where he specialized in employee benefits. In 2006, he joined forces with Robertson Ryan, and in 2012, Mark became the company’s first shareholder focused exclusively on employee benefits.

Known for his deep industry knowledge, Mark provides clients with essential guidance to navigate the increasingly complex benefits landscape. He is valued by many as a hands-on consultant, delivering practical insights and tailored solutions.

Throughout his career, Mark has served on various boards, including the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (state board), Western Racquet Club (where he was board president), Ne Pee Nauk Hunt Club, and multiple insurance advisory boards. He resides in Elm Grove with his wife and two children, and in his free time, enjoys tennis, golf, hunting, and watching sports.
