Mark entered the insurance industry in 1983 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Mark’s career journey began with Equitable Life, transitioning in 1986 to his own agency specializing in employee benefits, ultimately aligning in 2006 with Robertson Ryan & Associates, Inc. In 2012 Mark became the first employee benefit specific shareholder.

Mark’s depth of knowledge and expertise provide clients critical industry insight to manage the increasingly complex world of benefits. Many clients consider Mark a hands-on consultant.

Mark has served on multiple board of directors including the Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (state board), Western Racquet Club (board president), Ne Pee Nauk Hunt Club and several insurance company advisory boards through his career.

Mark resides in Elm Grove with his wife and two children. Mark enjoys tennis, golf, hunting and spectating sports.
