Matt’s journey into the insurance industry took an unexpected turn after spending 12 years in the industrial and construction sales market with Fastenal. Commuting an hour each way, Matt was looking for a change when a casual dinner with his family led to a conversation with Jamie Mangold, who introduced the idea of a career in insurance. Six months later, Matt made the switch and joined Mangold Insurance, Inc.

For Matt, exceptional customer service is about going above and beyond. He believes it’s important for clients to feel cared for and understood, ensuring that they have the best experience possible. His approach to insurance is centered on understanding each client’s unique risks and concerns. He works closely with them to design policies that provide comprehensive coverage and ensures they know exactly how their policies will respond in times of need.

Outside of work, Matt is a passionate sports fan, particularly of football, basketball, golf, and tennis. He’s a dedicated Green Bay Packers fan, and you can find him cheering on the Bucks during the NBA season. But his favorite moments are watching his own kids play the sports they love throughout the year. When it comes to travel, Matt enjoys getting away with his family to explore the outdoors and make lasting memories together.
