Michael Foti

Account Executive

Michael Foti brings a diverse background to his role as an Account Executive at Robertson Ryan Insurance. Before joining the insurance industry, Michael served as the Washington County Legislative Clerk and Lobbyist in 2021. His shift into insurance came from a desire to make a positive impact, finding that helping clients with their insurance needs aligned with his passion for service.

Michael’s career has been shaped by the mentorship of John Wallrich, a former manager who played a key role in his growth during his previous career as a Golf Professional. This guidance instilled in him values of dedication and building strong relationships, which now define his approach as an insurance professional. He believes exceptional customer service starts with being present and actively listening to clients’ needs.

Outside of work, Michael has been actively involved with the West Bend Chamber of Commerce and the Germantown Chamber of Commerce, participating in their Leadership Programs to support local communities.
