Starting in high school, Neville took on various roles at the agency, from filing and answering phone calls to drafting letters for clients. This hands-on experience not only honed her skills but also deepened her appreciation for the business.

After college, Neville returned to the agency part-time while preparing for her insurance exam. In 2014, after passing the exam, she transitioned to a full-time role, committing herself to the profession she had grown up with. Her dedication and passion for the industry are inspired by her mother’s hard work and perseverance in managing her agency for over 25 years. Both of Neville’s parents instilled in her the values of independence and dedication.

Neville acknowledges the challenges of working in an industry often met with skepticism. However, she finds fulfillment in building and maintaining relationships with clients. For Neville, the key to success lies in providing reliable support and fostering trust. She is dedicated to ensuring clients feel heard and valued, promptly responding to their emails, texts, and calls.
