Bob attended the University of Wisconsin Madison and UWM majoring in Criminal Justice. He started in the Insurance business in 1975 with Sentry Insurance, specializing in their Commercial Risk Management program. He was a co-owner in TCA Financial Services, Inc. from 1981 to 2011. Bob currently lives in Cedarburg Wisconsin and is married with two children.
