Sandie’s journey in the insurance industry began in 1984 when she joined Adams Insurance. It was there that Bob Adams, recognizing her potential, suggested she obtain her insurance license. Taking his advice to heart, Sandie embraced the opportunity wholeheartedly, and from that moment on, she never looked back. Her Dad, Ronald Maassen attributes to this as well; her dad was a very hard worker, very humble and kind. Sandie has always looked up to him and shared his respective values – striving to be like him every day.

Throughout her career, Sandie attributes much of her success and growth to the influence of Scott & DJ Rodrian. Their unique perspective on customer interactions and emphasis on fostering a “work family atmosphere” resonated deeply with Sandie, transforming the way she approached her work and relationships within the industry. This collaborative environment not only enhanced productivity but also created a sense of camaraderie that made every day more fulfilling.

For Sandie, the most rewarding aspect of being an insurance professional lies in the opportunity to connect with customers on a personal level. When a client reaches out, whether it’s to file a claim, inquire about billing, or discuss a new policy, Sandie is there to lend a helping hand. Sandie enjoys spending time with her family, mostly traveling and road trips. With decades of experience under her belt and a genuine passion for serving others, Sandie continues to make a positive impact in the insurance industry.
