Sandra’s journey into the insurance industry began in an unexpected place: the filing department. From there, she diligently worked her way through various departments, gaining comprehensive knowledge and experience along the way. In 1998, she founded Icon Insurance Service Corp., marking the start of her successful tenure as an agency owner.

One of the biggest influences on Sandra’s career was her previous employment at Fireman’s Fund Insurance. There, she encountered an exceptional branch manager who taught her the value of working independently, being persistent, and staying responsive. These lessons have been instrumental in shaping her approach to the insurance business.

For Sandra, the best part of working in insurance is mastering a complex subject and helping people make informed decisions. Her expertise and dedication ensure that clients receive the best possible advice and coverage.

Sandra is also committed to giving back to the community. She has served as a president of Kiwanis and is a dedicated supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, among other charitable activities.
