Scott Rodrian

Scott Rodrian has been advising clients in the insurance industry since 1994, bringing more than three decades of experience and a relationship-driven, consultative approach to his work. In addition to playing a leadership role within his agency—overseeing staff and financial operations, he focuses on serving families and business owners with significant assets to protect. He holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.

Before entering the insurance field, Scott spent five years as a business journalist with the Phoenix Business Journal and San Antonio Business Journal.  Scott joined his family’s agency, founded by his father in 1973, alongside his brother, helping grow it into a trusted firm known for multigenerational client relationships. Many clients have been part of his life since childhood, and he takes pride in serving them through every stage of life as both an advisor and partner.

Outside of work, Scott is active in his community and previously served on the school board of Eastbrook Academy in Milwaukee. He enjoys life with his wife of 33 years, Alice, and their three adult children. An avid reader and hiker, he also enjoys time with friends, travel, including a recent trip to Japan, and outings with his Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Kirby.
