Customer Service Representative

Sue began her insurance career right out of high school. In her 19 years of experience, she held positions in four agencies that include Reception, Personal Lines Customer Service Manager, Office Manager, Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep and IT Tech before turning her skills to accounting. Sue joined AdvisorNet Property and Casualty in 2011 on the Accounting and Admin side of the industry. Then in September of 2019, AdvisorNet Property & Casualty became an Affiliate of Robertson Ryan & Associates.

Sue’s professional designations include Certificate in General Insurance (INS), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) and Associate in Customer Service (ACS).

Sue enjoys horseback riding, “Hobby Farming,” and spending time with family. She has four children and thirteen grandkids and lives in Sheboygan Falls, WI with her husband, Gerry.
