Todd Jones brings nearly 30 years of insurance industry experience to his role as Vice President, Claims Strategy & Services. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a strategic claims leader, advocate, and trusted advisor who helps clients navigate complex claims with confidence and clarity.

Todd specializes in developing claims advocacy programs that elevate the client experience and create meaningful business value. He is passionate about ensuring clients receive expert guidance from first notice of loss through final resolution, helping organizations achieve faster outcomes, stronger recoveries, and greater confidence during the claims process.

Prior to joining Robertson Ryan, Todd spent nearly a decade with Corkill Insurance and Assured Partners, where he designed and led a comprehensive agency-side claims advocacy model, built and managed a high-performing claims team, and was actively involved in complex and high-severity claims matters across workers’ compensation, general liability, property, cyber, management liability, and specialty coverages.

Todd’s experience is particularly valuable in industries where claims complexity is high, including construction, manufacturing, public entities, auto dealerships, and contractor operations. His ability to combine technical claims knowledge with practical business insight allows him to advocate effectively on behalf of clients and deliver strategic solutions when they need them most.

Before transitioning to the agency side, Todd spent 19 years with Liberty Mutual, where he held leadership roles across liability, property damage, litigation, and special investigations. This carrier-side experience provides him with a unique perspective on how claims are evaluated, reserved, and resolved, enabling him to better serve clients and guide them through challenging situations.

Todd holds the Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA) designation and remains committed to advancing claims advocacy as a critical component of risk management and client service.
