Technologies

Like most website operators, we use log files. This includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement in the aggregate and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Our websites and emails may also use technologies, including automatic data collection technologies, such as pixel tracking or web beacons. Accordingly, pages of our website and our emails may contain small electronic files (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, or single-pixel gifs) that permit us  or third parties to, for example, count users who have visited those pages or open emails and for other related statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).

The above list of technologies is not intended to be exhaustive. We may use additional or alternative technologies in the future, whether similar to the foregoing or otherwise.

Legal Disclaimer

We may need to disclose personal information if we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary, such as to comply with applicable law or regulation, a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on us.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE OR EMAILS MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. WE MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES IN THE WEBSITE AT ANY TIME. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY WEBSITE OR EMAIL, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE WEBSITE  OR EMAILS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE OR ANY OF OUR AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OR OTHER DAMAGES, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on an applicable website so our users may become aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. In some cases where we post a notice we may also email users who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.
