Employee of the Year Voting Rules
To ensure a fair and meaningful selection process, please review the following guidelines before submitting your vote:
Eligibility to Vote
- All current employees are eligible to vote.
- Each employee may submit one vote only.
Voting Criteria
When selecting your nominee, please consider the following qualities:
- Exceeding/ excellent job performance.
- Promoting a pleasant working environment.
- Dependability and/ or innovation during the calendar month for which the recognition is to be given.
- Displaying one or more of our core values: Be proactive, Be Knowledgeable, Be Thoughtful, Be Focused, Be an Achiever, Be Understanding, Be Helpful, Be Dedicated.
Selection & Announcement
- The Employee of the Year will be determined based on the total number of valid votes received.
- In the event of a tie, the HR committee will conduct a secondary review to determine the winner.
- The award will be announced at the Holiday Luncheon on Thursday, December 11th, the winner does not need to be present to win.
Award
- The recipient will receive a plaque, will be awarded a $500 gift card of their choice, a $500 donation to a charity of their choice and will be featured in internal and external company communications.
