Employee Recognition Nomination Form

The employee recognition program is based upon the concept of promoting team spirit. Robertson Ryan recognizes and values the strength in our teams and will continue to encourage and support efforts in building a team environment.
Purpose:
Robertson Ryan appreciates the efforts of its employees to achieve excellent customer service and fulfill its values: Be proactive, Be Knowledgeable, Be Thoughtful, Be Focused, Be an Achiever, Be Understanding, Be Helpful, Be Dedicated.
Eligibility:
All employees are eligible to participate in the Employee Recognition Program. An employee may be designated as Employee of the Month only once during a calendar year.
Process:
The Employee Recognition Program recognizes one employee each month. Nominations for the award (including self-nominations) may be submitted by anyone using the nomination form below.
Nominations are based on the following criteria:
- Exceeding/ excellent job performance
- Promoting a pleasant working environment
- Dependability and/or innovation during the calendar month for which the recognition is to be given
- Displaying one or more of our core values: Be proactive, Be Knowledgeable, Be Thoughtful, Be Focused, Be an Achiever, Be Understanding, Be Helpful, Be Dedicated
Completed nomination forms can be submitted on the website link noted above, between the 1st and 20th of each month for that month’s recognition. Before the end of each month, the HR Council comprised of employees from each department, will meet to review the nominations and select the employee to be recognized. The employee will first be notified by the HR Manager.
The monthly selected employee will be recognized on the intranet and will receive a $100 gift card.
Additionally, the 12 monthly awarded employees will then be considered for the Annual Employee Recognition Award given at the end of the year at the annual holiday party or during the year end event. The Annual Employee Recipient, will be awarded a $500 gift card of their choice and a $500 donation to a charity of their choice!
