In 2025, we were proud to welcome Maggie Schlicht, Agent & Vice President, back to Robertson Ryan as part of our continued growth across Wisconsin. With nearly 30 years of industry experience and deep roots in the Viroqua community, Maggie brings both legacy and expertise to our team. A third-generation insurance professional, she specializes in small business coverage for retail, service, and hospitality clients – particularly those in vibrant, close-knit communities like her own.
Maggie’s return marks a full-circle moment, having started her career at her father’s agency and later gaining national experience in Boston before rejoining Robertson Ryan, where she previously served as a CSR. Her dedication to relationship-based service and passion for life insurance make her a trusted advisor to families and entrepreneurs alike. Maggie’s leadership strengthens our presence in western Wisconsin as we continue to deliver personalized insurance solutions to clients across the region.
