In January 2023, Robertson Ryan introduced an employee recognition program designed to celebrate team spirit and foster a vibrant, collaborative work environment. We are thrilled to announce our 2024 Employee of the Year: Aaron Andrzejak! Voted by his peers for his exceptional contributions, Aaron’s journey at RRI began as a Personal Lines CSR before transitioning to his current role as Operations Associate in early 2024. In this role, he collaborates with agents, account managers, carriers and the broader support team to provide seamless assistance wherever it’s needed.

As Employee of the Year, Aaron received a $500 gift card for himself and another $500 to donate to the charity (or charities) of his choice—a recognition of his hard work and generous spirit. Congratulations, Aaron, and thank you for exemplifying what it means to be part of the RRI team!

Aaron joined my team a few months back…We of course were so excited to have another person added because we’ve been so incredibly busy! Our team was already full of personality and we all got along very well. I can say that Aaron is exactly the one thing we were missing. Since he joined us, he has been such a huge blessing. He is always ready to jump in when there’s extra work to be done or when anyone needs help.
