Robertson Ryan Insurance proudly congratulates Christine Rogers, Senior Vice President of Customer Service, on being recognized as a Notable Leader by BizTimes Media.

Christine has been a cornerstone of Robertson Ryan for 30 years, shaping both the firm’s success and its culture. She began her career in 1995 as an Underwriter and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming Personal Lines Manager in 1997, a role she held for two decades. In 2018 she was named Vice President of Benefits & Personal Insurance, and a year later, she advanced to her current role as Senior Vice President of Customer Service.

Today, Christine leads several departments, supporting more than 250  team members who service 70,000+ accounts. Under her leadership, both staff tenure and client retention have consistently remained well above industry standards. Known for her hands-on approach, she is as comfortable developing strategy as she is jumping in to support a team member or client directly.

Christine’s influence extends far beyond operations. She has helped drive technology improvements, introduce flexible roles, and build clear career pathways. Her passion for developing people has inspired future leaders and strengthened the firm’s culture of collaboration and service. She has mentored countless professionals and helped elevate four mid-level department leads, ensuring ongoing leadership growth within the organization.

Her impact is also reflected in Robertson Ryan’s ongoing recognition as both a Top Workplace and one of the nation’s Top 100 Insurance Agencies. Christine’s leadership philosophy rooted in empathy, accountability, and growth has been instrumental in fostering an environment where people thrive and clients feel supported.

Her dedication, vision, and heart continue to make a lasting impact on the firm and all who have the privilege to work with her. From all of us, thank you Christine – well deserved!
