Welcome Our New Human Resources Manager – Natalie Decker!

We’re excited to welcome Natalie Decker as the new Human Resources Manager at Robertson Ryan Insurance!

Natalie joins us following the upcoming retirement of our highly respected HR Manager, Melissa Stauber, whose leadership and dedication have made a lasting impact on our organization. As we turn the page to this next chapter, we’re confident Natalie will continue that legacy while bringing fresh perspective and energy to the role.

Natalie brings over a decade of progressive HR experience. Most recently, she served as Human Resources Manager at Hydro-Thermal Corporation, where she led initiatives across HR strategy, talent acquisition, payroll and benefits administration, compliance, and employee development. Her ability to align HR practices with business goals—while fostering a people-first culture—makes her a strong and thoughtful addition to our team.
