Aaron Andrzejak

Operations Associate

Aaron has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry and has been a valued member of Robertson Ryan Insurance for more than two years. His career in insurance began as a Personal Lines CSR at a local Allstate Agency. Under his contributions, the agency became one of Wisconsin’s top Allstate Agencies, which led to the opening of a second location, where Aaron assumed the role of Operations Manager.

Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, Aaron joined Robertson Ryan Insurance. He initially served as a Personal Lines CSR before transitioning to his current position as an Operations Associate in early 2024. In this role, Aaron has enjoyed collaborating with a diverse group of Producers and CSRs, strengthening relationships with carrier partners, and working alongside a supportive team that has greatly assisted in his transition.

Outside of work, Aaron is an active individual who enjoys volleyball, golf, water skiing, and scuba diving. He also has a passion for comedy, having completed a two-year run performing on weekends at Chicago’s Comedy Clubhouse. A Milwaukee native and proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Aaron is an avid fan of Wisconsin sports teams and relishes cheering on the Bucks, Packers, Brewers, and Badgers as a way to unwind.

Aaron is also committed to supporting charitable organizations, including the Ronald McDonald House and the Colorectal Cancer Alliance. “The Ronald McDonald House is a charity that I have had the privilege to volunteer with and am so appreciative of the work they do for the families of children receiving care. The Colorectal Cancer Alliance is a charity that I have donated to in honor of my cousin Cindy, who we lost to colon cancer a few years ago.
