Adam brings six years of experience in the insurance industry. He joined Tjugum & Associates in what was initially intended to be a temporary role, which quickly evolved into a permanent position within the Commercial Unit. It was there that Adam discovered a passion for the complexity and problem-solving the commercial space offers.

Adam takes an approach to insurance that goes beyond transactions. He values building meaningful relationships with clients, taking the time to understand who they are, and serving as a trusted, long-term resource. His goal is to simplify what can often feel like a daunting process and ensure clients feel confident, informed, and supported.

Outside of work, Adam values being present and appreciating life’s moments, a perspective reflected in his favorite quote from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off: “Life moves pretty fast, if you don’t stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it.” He enjoys spending time with his wife, Alee, and staying active, balancing family life with interests that include outdoor activities, fitness, and travel.
