Bob Schadrie

Vice President of Finance

Bob Schadrie is the Vice President of Finance at Robertson Ryan, where he supports the organization’s financial operations and strategic objectives. He joined the insurance industry in November 2025 and works closely with the accounting team to strengthen financial processes and support the company’s continued growth.

Bob brings more than 10 years of experience in public accounting and corporate finance, having held accounting and finance roles within both publicly traded and privately held organizations. His background includes financial reporting, accounting operations, and cross-functional collaboration in complex business environments.

Outside of work, Bob enjoys staying active through cycling and hiking. He values time with family and can often be found visiting them in Green Bay and Door County. At home, he and his wife Katie enjoy life with their dog, Sunny.
