HOW DID YOU END UP IN THE INSURANCE INDUSTRY: 

I enjoy working in the realms of HR, and this was the perfect position as I have had many years of experience. The insurance industry just happened to fall into my lap and I am excited to learn more about the industry as well as finding someone their forever career.

WHO HAS BEEN THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR CAREER: 

The biggest influence on my career is my Mother. She has been and still is my biggest cheerleader and supporter (besides my spouse and kids). My first college degree is in Communications with a minor in Journalism, all because of my Mother.

Exceptional customer service is one who prides themselves on assisting everybody. Doesn’t matter if they are a CEO or someone looking to learn more about the service we provide.

A CHARITY I CARE DEEPLY ABOUT: 

Humane Society. I enjoy animals of all types, but on a personal level, this is where I found my baby, Tiny, my cat.
