Chelsea Gibbon

Controller

Chelsea is the Controller at Robertson Ryan Insurance, where she brings more than 10 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership. With a background spanning month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement, she is passionate about building strong teams, strengthening internal controls, and supporting sustainable business growth. Chelsea is excited to continue deepening her understanding of the insurance industry while contributing to the ongoing success of the accounting team and the organization as a whole.

Outside of work, Chelsea is deeply committed to community involvement and family. She and her husband met through Habitat for Humanity and have traveled to Alabama for week-long build projects. She has also volunteered in a Nursing Home Visitation Program, forming a meaningful bond with a resident over several years. Currently, Chelsea and her family participate in For Goodness Cakes, a charity that delivers birthday and graduation cakes to children in foster care and youth overcoming adversity – a cause especially close to her heart because it allows her to involve her daughters, Juniper and Olive.

At home, Chelsea enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and adventuring with their two rescue dogs, Bear and Penny. An avid traveler and nature enthusiast, she has a personal goal of visiting every U.S. National Park, with favorites including Olympic National Forest, White Mountain National Forest, and several international parks across Spain, Belize, and Canada.
