Ian began his insurance career in 2016 after working as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, where he often verified customers’ insurance information. That experience sparked his interest in pursuing a career where he could grow professionally while helping people protect what matters most to them.

Ian credits his wife as the biggest influence on his career. Her constant encouragement and belief in his potential inspired him to pursue his passion and strive for continuous improvement.

A natural problem-solver, Ian enjoys finding creative solutions to meet his clients’ needs. To him, exceptional customer service means being there when clients need you most – not just during regular business hours. He takes pride in identifying coverage gaps, explaining why they matter, and ensuring each client’s insurance program is complete and effective.

Ian focuses on serving contractors and specializes in Workers’ Compensation and Cyber coverage. He’s passionate about helping business owners understand risks that are often overlooked, especially cyber threats that can have devastating impacts if not properly addressed.
