Julie Kaczmarek

Commercial Lines Manager

Julie has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years. She started her insurance career with Milwaukee Insurance from 1985-1991 as a Personal Lines Underwriting Assistant. Robertson Ryan & Associates is only her second employer and she started  her career path in 1991 as a Commercial Customer Service Representative. In 2016, Julie was promoted to Trainer and again in 2019 to Commercial Lines Manager.

She enjoys learning all that she can about insurance and technology, and then sharing that knowledge with others. To Julie, exceptional customer services means: A smile. A friendly gesture. Being truthful at all times, while providing timely, honest responses.

Julie is currently the Director of the Racine County Harley Owners Group (HOG) Chapter. Their focus is safe group riding, while raising funds for the Children’s medical area of Ascension All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI. She also teaches drums at the Girls Rock and Ladies Rock Camps in Milwaukee.

 

How did you end up in insurance?

My high school arranged for my first job interview at Milwaukee Insurance as part of their Business Management Program. I aced the interview, and was hired as a Personal Lines Underwriting Assistant

Who has been the biggest influence in your career, and why?

Jim Boyce (the agent I served as a CSR for) has been my mentor in insurance for over 25  years. His wealth of insurance knowledge is bar none, and I enjoyed learning all that I know from him
