Natalie Decker is a passionate and results-driven Human Resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. She specializes in implementing people-centric strategies that enhance workplace culture, talent development, and operational efficiency.

In April 2025, Natalie joined Robertson Ryan Insurance as the Human Resources Manager. In this role, she oversees HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance, while fostering an inclusive and thriving workplace. Along with her HR duties at RRI, she remains committed to aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support organizational success.

Natalie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is dedicated to continuous learning in the HR field. Her leadership philosophy focuses on creating positive work environments where employees can grow and excel.

She resides in Muskego, Wisconsin and enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and their three dogs.
