Patti Blaschka

Vice President & Shareholder

Patti Blaschka began her insurance career in claims management at Wausau Insurance Company after graduating from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point. She later joined Chubb Insurance in Milwaukee, where she specialized in commercial and international risk underwriting.

In 2008, Patti transitioned to the agency side of the business, becoming a licensed independent agent with Veitenhaus Insurance Services. She ultimately became a partner and owner before joining the Robertson Ryan team in 2016.

Patti specializes in commercial insurance programs, working with clients across a broad range of industries, risk profiles, and organizational structures. Her niche expertise includes manufacturing and marina-related programs as well as the nonprofit sector, including animal welfare organizations and other mission-driven nonprofits.

In addition to her client-focused work, Patti is a shareholder at Robertson Ryan and serves on the firm’s Board of Directors, where she contributes to strategic leadership and long-term growth. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she is deeply passionate about animal welfare and actively supports humane societies and animal rescue organizations. Patti currently serves on the Wisconsin Federated Humane Societies Board of Directors and the Washington County Humane Society Board. Patti lives in Glendale, Wisconsin, with her husband, Todd, and their four animals—Vinny, Toast, Sheldon, and Griff. There are no human children, a decision strongly supported by the animals.
