After earning a degree in economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Scott Grade founded S.F. Grade Co., a construction and renovation company that served both commercial and residential clients for eight years. He then transitioned into a 30+ year career in insurance, becoming the owner and manager of the Grade-Schaller Insurance Agency before joining Robertson Ryan in 2006.

Scott specializes in small to medium-sized commercial accounts as well as personal lines insurance. He resides in Whitefish Bay with his wife, Lorna. Together, they have two daughters, a stepson, and two grandchildren, with whom they enjoy spending quality time.
